As a follow-on to my post about our easy dinner routine, I thought I'd share a list of our favorite easy dinners.
Our Favorite Easy Dinner Meals
Quick and Easy Stovetop Meals:
- Stovetop burgers or double cheese burgers with side salad
- Egg drop soup
- Ground beef taco Meat served as a taco salad or on corn tortillas
- Grassfed steak seared on the stovetop in some butter/refined coconut oil served with a side salad and perhaps some roasted potatoes
- Breakfast salad with 3-spoon dressing
- Teriyaki chicken wings
- Honey glazed pork chops
- Mushroom and cheddar crustless quiche
- Quesadillas made with organic masa corn tortillas and cheese, served with some sliced avocado or guacamole
Easy Meals that Freeze Well:- Beef and bean layered bowl
- Braised cabbage and sausages
- Cheesy beef and vegetable soup
- Creamy chicken and thyme soup
- Curry meatballs and veggies
- Green chile beef stew
- Herbed pork and cabbage stew
- Italian wedding soup
- Meatball and mushroom soup
- Skillet lasagna
- Slow-cooked cajun-spiced beef roast
- Slow-cooker chili
- Slow-cooker chicken and mushroom soup (recipe coming soon)
I personally love your stovetop hamburgers recipe and reference it often for an easy meal! I also enjoy doing spaghetti (with rice noodles or zucchini squash). Ground beef is just too easy sometimes and I'm thankful for that!
