Peach, Goat Cheese, and Basil Appetizer
- Ripe peaches
- Fresh basil leaves
- Plain goat cheese (also known as chevre)
- Balsamic glaze
- Mild raw honey (optional, to be used if the peaches aren't very sweet)
- Crackers
- Absolutely Gluten Free Flatbread are our favorite grain-free crackers
- Field Day Organic Golden Round Crackers are our favorite wheat crackers
- Slice the peaches and pick some basil leaves.
- Place one basil leaf on each cracker. Top with a couple crumbles of goat cheese and a slice of peach.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Add a small drizzle of honey if the peaches are not very sweet.
- Serve and enjoy!
