You can see that here:
http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/legal/listing/V/Sarah Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01348347054374584427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-65764696447187332402013-10-03T08:51:00.703-06:002013-10-03T08:51:00.703-06:00I don't think red wine vinegar is GAPS legal, ...I don't think red wine vinegar is GAPS legal, maybe can sub. apple cider vinegar instead?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10002165462458722748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-25002643049999605982011-11-09T07:05:37.886-07:002011-11-09T07:05:37.886-07:00The meat will basically just fall off the bones wh...The meat will basically just fall off the bones when you serve it up.Sarah Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01348347054374584427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-70305797263957464842011-11-08T17:20:40.708-07:002011-11-08T17:20:40.708-07:00at what point do you remove the meat from the bone...at what point do you remove the meat from the bone?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-70614890786589561612011-11-07T08:22:25.106-07:002011-11-07T08:22:25.106-07:00You're welcome, ShorterMama. When I made this for a large group, I used a 2-3 pound pack of short ribs plus a pack of just plain "back ribs" which was about 1 pound. It was plenty. (We also had a side salad to round things out.)

You might also like my recipe for Brisket with Carrots and Onions. That one can be made with any of the roasts from your cow, and that recipe will feed 7-9 people.

SarahSarah Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01348347054374584427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-84388108397878753082011-04-17T17:50:38.879-06:002011-04-17T17:50:38.879-06:00This does look delicious! One question, about how many people would you say this recipe feeds? We have a rather large family (7-9 depending on who is home)so I wanted to get an idea of whether I should double this or if it would be enough for all of us.
Thanks!
CharityCharity Sauvenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313009931298256746.post-11632697426318181502011-03-03T16:20:41.429-07:002011-03-03T16:20:41.429-07:00This looks awesome! I love long-cookign stews, I did a Korean pork bone stew a month ago http://mummyicancook.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
and a slow-roasted pork belly recently.
