Elana's Pantry has recipes that are gluten-free, and I have had good luck making her recipes GAPS-legal by just substituting honey for agave nectar. Her website is the place I go to any time I'm looking for a new baked goods recipe, as her recipes are delicious! Of course then I change up the recipe as needed to fit our diet.
Whole Health Source is a great website if you are interested in scientific research-based nutrition information. The author is a biochemist and neuroscientist. He posts on a wide range of topics, from traditional diets of native peoples to the latest research on fat and disease.
Mark's Daily Apple is Mark Sisson's website devoted to his Primal Blueprint philosophy. Primal eating is very close to GAPS eating, so the recipes are great! Mark also includes a wide variety of post topics such as fitness, sunlight, and everything in between. I think his fitness information makes great sense.
Judy Tsafir, MD, is a holistic child and adult psychiatrist in Massachusetts. She has completed Natasha Campbell McBride's GAPS training, and uses a combination of nutrition and diet in her mental health practice.
